Tasting Notes:This fortified wine is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes Pasquale Fiumara planted at Lillypilly in 1972. The grapes were harvested, fermented and fortified in 2002. The wine was then stored in oak barrels and was bottled in 2021. Smooth & rich. Deep red fruit and spice.
